God-Built is a fitness service and product provider. We believe in building the “whole” person, SPIRIT, SOUL, and BODY.
Most who approach fitness only look at the ‘physical” or body part of themselves. Basically they simply say “I have to eat right and exercise.” These 2 parts are very important and can not be minimized in a well rounded program, but they are not the most important parts of the whole equation.
For one to truly become fit, or as we say “GOD-BUILT”, you have to look at the whole picture and develop the whole person, Spirit, Soul, and Body.
Basically we believe:
- We are a 3 part being. 1 Thessalonians 5:23
- Any health goals have to be based on this.
- God’s desire is for us to walk in health and life prosperity. 3 John 1:2
- We have a right and privilege to honor God in our bodies. 1 Corinthians 6:19-20
- We have a right and the Authority to renew our mind, will, emotions (our soul).
- Ephesians 4:22-24, Romans 12:2
- We have a right and the authority to gain control and or keep control of our physical body by the following:
- Choose God as our Bigger Purpose for improving our health / fitness.
- Choose to renew our mind, will, and emotions with the Word of God, positive words, and positive thoughts.
- Choose to apply simple and powerful Exercise and Nutrition principles consistently.
