GB Nutrition- We recommend Clif & KIND Nutrition Bars as good sources for improved Nutrition.  **Kind has one “Nuts & Spices” that has only 5 grams of sugar per bar!  And there are several flavors to choose from.

GB DW (daily workout)- 15 x squats, pushups, supercrunch.  Then 4 rds: 5-10 Burpees, 10 Situps
