GB DW (daily workout)- Go as far as you can in 6 minutes: 5,10,15,20,…. x squats, pushups, supercrunch. *do 5 squats, 5 pushups, 5 supercrunces. Then do 10 reps of each, and so on going up in multiples of 5.

Nutrition- Eat more FAT foods: Avocados, Pecans, Walnuts, Almonds, Nut Butters, “Whole” Dairy (milk, yogurt, keifer), Cold Water Fish, Coconut Oil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Eggs

Motivation/Inspiration- Today I wanted to take a little more time in this segment to share more with you. As you know here at God-Built we promote taking control of our health and life through a “whole” person approach: Spirit, Soul, & Body. We believe that in order to accomplish and consistently maintain a great life with great health we have to do more than just exercise and eat right. If that was all it boiled down to, everyone would be seeing great results. This is a tough life sometimes. Challenges and adversity come to all of us. And through all of it, we can choose to do our best “where we are at” and expect to see improvements. And remember “improvements” are relative to what YOU are wanting out of life and what you believe and or are looking for.
First, we have to have, obtain, and or focus on maintaining a “Peace” in our hearts, and a Faith inside. We believe that this true Peace and Faith can only come through a relationship with Jesus Christ. And in this personal Relationship we start to realize “Who We Are” because of God’s Love for us and our position because of God and Jesus Christ. The more we CHOOSE to focus on who we are In Christ, the more our “faith” and “peace” that are already inside the real us (our Spirit) starts to show through in our lives.
As we choose to literally Think the correct thoughts of who we are, Expect to see God’s Grace (his best, His Blessings) in our lives, and Speak out what we want and expect to see in our health and lives, the more we are choosing to use our “Soul” (mind, will, emotions) to follow along with what is already inside the real us.
The more we are “seeing” through our spirits, the real us, and literally using the mind will and emotions as tools to steer our health and lives in the right direction, the more we are likely to follow suit with the appropriate “body” actions, such as Eating Right and Exercising. Trust me it is much more likely that you will follow through with a good Eating and Exercising Plan if you allow your Faith to be exercised and choose to believe you will succeed, and start to literally SEE yourself as healthy, even if the current facts do not look like it! You can start off with a Health Plan and “try it”, but in my 20 years of Health and Life Coaching, it usually doesnt turn out good.
My expectation in saying all this is that you will have a better understanding and or just a reminder of who we are here at God-Built and our “approach” to health and life. Also, my hope is that this in some way motivates and more importantly INSPIRES you to take control of your health and life. Like I mentioned earlier, “Life is tough” sometimes. WE all have areas of our lives we would like to see improvement in. And we all need help sometimes from others. In all that I hope this helps you!
